About the Team

We look below the surface, together

When we work with clients, we spend time understanding in a deep and connected way how you are experiencing your life.

With support and non-judgmental curiosity, we look below the surface. We may examine family-of-origin dynamics, core beliefs clients hold about themselves and where they may have learned them, values they have and how their choices do or do not support those values, and when and how they limit themselves or get in their own way.

In our busy lives, we tend to avoid or not even notice our feelings until they suddenly demand our attention. We will encourage you to mindfully move into these (sometimes uncomfortable) feelings as, when honored and released, they can be fantastic guides.

It is paramount that the relationship between us feels supportive and serves as a container in which you can explore honestly, freely and bravely. It is our first priority to make therapy a space where you feel seen and understood.

You deserve a space where you don't have to hold back. With me, you can show up unfiltered and be met with understanding—not judgment. I'm approachable, open, and easy to talk to, and I pair that with the therapeutic skill needed to help you grow. I will meet you where you are and we will do this together.

I work with clients who want to strengthen their self-esteem, navigate complex relationships, repair family or friendship dynamics, and process loss. My goal is to help you build a healthier mindset, develop confidence, and evolve into the version of yourself you're striving for.

I am human first, and because of that, I can often relate to the challenges others face. I believe everyone has the capacity to grow and change—even during times of uncertainty or transition. My role is to walk alongside you, offer support and perspective, and help you get there at a pace that feels right for you.

Are you accomplished, dependable, and successful, yet still feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or disconnected from yourself? I work with high-functioning adults and professionals who struggle with overthinking, burnout, relationship challenges, or the pressure to keep everything together.

You may be successful, capable, and the person everyone depends on, yet still feel anxious, emotionally drained, or unsure of yourself behind the scenes. Therapy with me is a place where you can finally put some of that weight down. You do not have to perform, have the perfect words, or arrive with everything figured out.

As a New Orleans native, warmth, honesty, and a little humor naturally find their way into my sessions. My style is conversational, supportive, and direct. I will listen without judgment, but I will also help you recognize patterns, consider new perspectives, and take practical steps toward meaningful change.

My approach is grounded primarily in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. Together, we may work on managing stress and emotions, strengthening boundaries, improving relationships, navigating life transitions, and addressing perfectionism, self-doubt, or the pressure to keep everything together.

My goal is for you to leave therapy feeling clearer, more confident, and better equipped to create a life that feels as fulfilling internally as it may appear externally.

Most men and teen boys were never taught how to deal with what they're feeling—they were taught to push through it, shut it down, or figure it out on their own. I work with men and teen boys who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to handle stress, anger, anxiety, or pressure. I also work with parents who are trying to reach a son who has shut down, started acting out, or just isn't himself lately.

In my experience, most people simply haven't been given the tools to understand and manage what's going on inside. My approach is real, straightforward, and practical. I create a space where you can talk openly without judgment or pressure, while learning skills that actually work in everyday life.

Using evidence-based approaches like CBT and DBT, I help clients build emotional awareness, improve communication, and respond to life with more control and confidence. For men, that means no longer carrying everything alone. For teen boys, it means finally having a place where they can open up. For parents, it means hope—and a path forward.

How do I choose which therapist to work with?
Consider the state you are located in, your goals, and availability. If you are unsure, call the office and we will recommend a match.
Can I request a specific therapist?
Yes. You can request a clinician by name when you reach out, subject to their licensure state and current openings.

The first session covers your history, what brought you in now, and what you want to change, and ends with an initial plan and agreed goals.
What states are the therapists licensed in?
